Elene Cafasso, Marketing-Finance University of Chicago Booth. After a 14 year career in which she held Vice President positions in the banking and telecom industries, Ms. Cafasso founded her Executive Coaching firm, Enerpace, Inc. in 2002. Ms. Cafasso has been featured on NBC 5 Chicago News, Money Magazine, CareerBuilder.com, The New York Daily News and Crain’s Chicago Business, among others.


 Ms. Cafasso is certified by the International Coach Federation and professionally trained as a coach by CTI (The Coaches Training Institute). A continuous learner in the discipline she loves and respects, she has continued her training with additional coursework in Organizational and Relationship Systems, Shadow Coaching, and Power Coaching with Mind Kinetics. Ms. Cafasso is active with the University of Chicago Women’s Business Group, hosting monthly webinars on career management, leadership development and business building. At Quality Training Institute, Inc. Ms. Cafasso brings her knowledge and coaching expertise from her Executive Coaching Firm, Enerpace, Inc. in training, coaching and providing seminars.

The Networking Story that MUST be Told!

enerpacenewad Most folks I talk to are a bit afraid of networking. Don’t get me wrong – they’re not anti-social. They just really seem to believe that a “secret handbook” exists somewhere and they don’t know how to get a copy. Many won’t feel comfortable doing this “thing” called networking until they have explicit instructions on where to go, who to talk to, a verbatim script of what to say and an ironclad guarantee that 100% of the people they meet will buy from them/hire them/give them money in some way!
